Stir it into hot or cold milk, blend it into smoothies and shakes, fold it into oats or yogurt, or bake with it. It is unsweetened, so you decide how sweet it gets.
Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place.
Regenerative Cocoa
Grown on farms that rebuild their soil instead of drawing it down. Fair trade, organic, and never alkalized, so the cocoa reaches you the way it left the bean.

Farming that leaves the soil better than it found it.
Organic tells you what stays out of the field. Regenerative is about what the field gets back. The farms we buy from grow cocoa with practices that rebuild soil health year over year.
Regenerative farms work to grow soil health back each season rather than using it up.
Healthier soil holds more carbon. The farm stores it instead of releasing it.
Regenerative practices raise biodiversity, above the ground and in it.
Ethical Working Conditions
Our cocoa is fair trade. The farmers and workers behind it are paid fairly and work in safe, good conditions.
Never alkalized. More of the bean left in.
Most cocoa is dutched: washed in an alkaline solution to darken it and soften the taste. That step also strips out much of the cocoa's natural flavanols. We skip it.
Fermented grass-fed whey with collagen, MCT and prebiotic fiber, flavored with this cocoa and nothing labelled "natural flavors".
Frequently asked questions
Dutched cocoa is washed in an alkaline solution to darken it and soften the taste. Undutched, or natural, cocoa skips that step. It keeps a brighter chocolate flavor and more of the cocoa's natural flavanols. If an ingredient list says "processed with alkali", that cocoa is dutched.
For flavanols, yes. In a study of commercial cocoa powders, lightly dutched cocoa kept about 40% of the flavanols found in natural cocoa, medium about 25%, and heavily dutched about 10%. Flavanols are the compounds most cocoa research focuses on. Our cocoa is never alkalized.
Organic limits what goes onto the farm. Regenerative farming also works to rebuild the soil, so it holds more carbon and supports more biodiversity each season. Our cocoa is regeneratively grown, organic and fair trade.
Yes. Our cocoa is tested for heavy metals.
No. It is pure cocoa powder with nothing added, so you decide how sweet it gets.
Stir it into hot or cold milk, blend it into smoothies and protein shakes, fold it into oats or yogurt, or bake with it. Natural cocoa is acidic, so in baking it works best in recipes that use baking soda.
Yes. The same regenerative cocoa flavors our Chocolate Planet Protein, sweetened with monk fruit and nothing labelled "natural flavors".
